One hour ago, I got this post on my FB page.....
Hey Buster! Teambeachbody sent the confirmation mail today that the coach change request has gone through as requested, though it can take 24-48 hours for you to show up as my coach...sir, you are officially my teambeachbody coach man!!!!! I'm so damn excited!!!!
When I read it, I was very excited and honored to be named as someones Coach! It feels so good to know that I am making a difference, and helping people to become healthier and more fit! Support, Motivation, and a lil nudge goes a long ways! And that's what I am here for! To give support, motivation, and a lil nudge at times when needed. And when I get posts, messages, or emails like above... it gives me more motivation to help even more! And hey... if you check out my FB page... the person who sent me this post, Adam Taylor... you should see his progress!! It's AMAZING!! Better yet.... here's a photo of his results so far!!

Of course Buster! You've been great motivation and support for me up to this point and you never once asked to be my coach like so many others who never even take the chance to get to know me first. You did. :D It's MY honor to have you as my coach my friend and I look forward to what the future holds for me, you and Beachbody in general!
