Walking for Fitness 2011

Along with doing our workouts at home, Brother Jay and I walk twice a week at Magic Island, in Ala Moana Beach Park. We have been walking for over a month now. I myself have improved on my walking distance. Due to my condition, my walks were very short before I had to stop and rest. Since I've been doing P90X, Hip Hop Abs,  Insanity, and recently walking, my walking distance has improved. It is not curing my condition, but it is definitely keeping me in shape and helping me to keep doing the things I like to do. I have also lost 3% body fat thus far.
Walking is just a part of our journey to becoming healthier and more fit. And along with becoming healthier and more fit ourselves, we help others to do the same. For me, it is my passion. I love health and fitness, and I love to help people. Anyone is welcome to come and walk with us! The walk is nice, cool, fun, and you can burn those calories! Come and Join us! We walk every Tue. and Sat., around 5:30pm, Magic Island. And every so often, we do a Waikiki walk.
